DISCORD INVESTIGATIONS, LLC DBA SEARCH INVESTIGATIONS - TERMS OF SERVICE
This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between you, the user ("You" or "Your"), and Discord Investigations, LLC DBA SEARCH Investigations ("Company," "We," "Our," or "Us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. SERVICES PROVIDED: We provide criminal background and sex offender check services. The service price includes a thorough sweep of criminal and sex offender records in the county provided in the order form. A nationwide sweep is also performed, though it may not be as comprehensive as the county-specific sweep. These reports are ordered online and delivered via email within one to three business days of your request.
2. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: If an additional area of focus is required, there will be an additional charge of $49 per county. This service can be added by calling 1-877-619-9890 after placing your initial order.
3. LIMITATION OF SERVICES: Our services include obtaining and providing information that is publicly available. The only complete repository of all criminal records is maintained by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and is not accessible to agencies that are not law enforcement. As such, our reports may not include all relevant criminal background information. Our services should not be solely relied upon for safety, hiring, or other decisions.
4. USE OF INFORMATION: You agree not to use the information obtained from our services to stalk, harass, or use in any illegal manner. You confirm that you have a legally acceptable use for obtaining the information, which may vary based on your geographical location and the location of the individual you are obtaining records about. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. NO GUARANTEES: We cannot guarantee the information's accuracy, completeness, or currentness. The information in our reports is provided "as is," without any guarantees of any kind, either expressed or implied.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use our services. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the service from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of this Agreement.
7. INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its licensed private investigators, its data providers, and its affiliates harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION: This Agreement and any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or our services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree to submit to the state and federal courts' exclusive jurisdiction in Alabama to resolve any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of our services.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, or replace these terms at any time.
10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By using our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

By proceeding with our services, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above terms and conditions. Your agreement constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and Discord Investigations, LLC DBA SEARCH Investigations.
