New surveillance footage in the amber alert missing person case of sebastian rogers

An active Amber Alert is still in place for missing 15-year-old Sebastian Rogers. Recently a new development has emerged that may shed light on his disappearance. Steve Fischer, a private investigator working with Sebastian’s mother, Katie Proudfoot, and her husband, Chris Proudfoot, along with an analyst at his investigation agency, Search Investigations, has uncovered surveillance footage from around the time Sebastian is believed to have gone missing. 

The footage, recorded at 12:17 a.m. on February 26, 2024, appears to show a figure walking along Kellyn Lane, a street located a block away from Sebastian’s residence. The individual, dressed in dark clothing, is seen moving southbound, momentarily hiding behind a vehicle as a person walks by with a dog, and then retracing their steps.

Sebastian Rogers, who has autism, was last seen at his home in Hendersonville, Tennessee, on the evening of February 25, 2024. His mother reported him missing the following morning when she discovered he was not in his room. Despite extensive search efforts by local, state, federal, and private investigators there has been no confirmed sightings of Sebastian. 

The newly discovered surveillance video offers a potential lead in this case, providing a glimpse into the activities near Sebastian’s home on the night he disappeared. As the one-year mark of his disappearance approaches, investigators and the community remain hopeful that this evidence will bring them closer to finding answers.

We do however caution that due to the low quality of the nighttime surveillance footage it may be impossible to determine if it was Sebastian captured on video or not.
